Introduction
NetSprint.pl attaches great importance to respecting Internet users and their rights, and especially to respecting the right to protecting their privacy on the Web. We think that it is an especially important matter in case of a search engine. That is why we collect a bare minimum of necessary data helping us better understand your needs and adapt our search engine to your expectations. This Policy concerns all enterprises under full control of NetSprint.pl Sp. z o.o., and in particular the www.netsprint.pl search website, NetSprint Newsletter and Toolbar. NetSprint.pl is not responsible for data collected by other websites that are not owned by NetSprint.pl Sp. z o.o., containing the NetSprint.pl search engine, and websites linked to from the www.netsprint.pl domain. By using the NetSprint.pl website, you accept the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
NetSprint.pl collects personal data because:
- we can adapt the website’s ads to user preferences in a more effective way;
- we can improve the quality of our services and adapt them to user needs;
- we can organize NetSprint.pl contests;
- we can inform you about new services offered by NetSprint.pl;

As in most websites, NetSprint.pl analyzes access log files containing users’ IP numbers. Data obtained in this way is used for website administration and, first of all, for analyzing our users’ statistics
d) E-mail addresses from messages received by NetSprint.pl
All NetSprint.pl users can contact NetSprint.pl employees directly by e-mail sent to addresses available at www.netsprint.pl. NetSprint.pl stores e-mail messages from our users for the purposes of keeping statistics and to respond to any inquiries as quickly as possible. At the same time, NetSprint.pl guarantees that such addresses will not be used for communicating with users in any way other than specified by users themselves. Concerning other matters, users are contacted only following their consent.
e) Toolbar
When installing and using our NetSprint.pl Toolbar, you might be asked to enter your basic personal data. Entering this data is not obligatory and it will be used solely for the purposes of keeping statistics, further development of the Toolbar and communicating with you. f) Third parties
NetSprint.pl does not collect any personal data from third parties, unless this data is related to execution of agreements signed with these parties and is sent to us following users’ permission. NetSprint.pl does not send e-mail spam, especially containing advertising content. NetSprint.pl endorses all activities leading to limiting the amount of spam on the Internet.
g) NetSprint Newsletter
E-mail data obtained by means of newsletter subscriptions is used only for sending you information concerning new services, promotions, partners and changes introduced in our company and the www.netsprint.pl search engine. Mailing list subscribers can always cancel the subscription for the newsletter distributed by NetSprint.pl Sp. z o.o.
Possible changes in the Privacy Policy
The offer available from NetSprint.pl will be gradually expanded. This means that NetSprint.pl will possibly amend the Privacy Policy in the future. We will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy following each new amendment, with a new date. All the changes that are most relevant to the user will be appropriately highlighted. If you continue using the NetSprint.pl website after this date, you implicitly accept the amended version of the Privacy Policy.
