Innova Capital, the leading Central European private equity fund, has invested in Netsprint– the Polish market leader in advertising and marketing technology. The growth round is a combination of a capital increase and acquisition of shares from Dirlango, a company controlled by Łukasz Wejchert and Maciej Żak. Innova Capital is continuing to increase its exposure to the fast growing tech market.
“As part of our investment strategy, we increasingly back innovative companies with a clear technological DNA, and high growth potential. Netsprint with its leading marketing position and scalable platform approach fits well into our investment criteria. We are hugely impressed by the Netsprint team and their fast product innovations. We believe that our growth capital and experience in scaling businesses locally as well as internationally will allow Netsprint to further accelerate growth.” – comments Magdalena Magnuszewska, Managing Director at Innova Capital.
“The advertising and marketing tech industries are growing at a phenomenal rate – and Netsprint is well positioned to be a prime beneficiary of this trend in the Polish market. The company is one of a few players on a Global scale that controls a significant part of the tech stack in a local market, which gives unique product advantages. Continuous innovations, fast growth and expansion to other markets require capital and experience in rapid scaling of operations. This is exactly what Innova Capital’s team brings to the table” – says Lukasz Wejchert, Founder of Dirlango.
Netsprint is well positioned in the fastest-growing segments of the online advertising market. Remaining an independent player who, thanks to technology, data and a large direct customer base, allows to work with and service local publishers and media groups. We will be able to execute much faster on our product development plans, among others, thanks to the financing and the know-how brought to us by Innova Capital.
