General information

The NetSprint search engine, hereafter referred to as the Search Engine, enables users to search Polish websites on the Internet. NetSprint is owned by NetSprint.pl Sp. z o.o., with the seat in Warsaw at 7 Bieżanowska Street. Search result presentation method

The process of collecting documents and presenting search results is automatic. NetSprint.pl is unable to verify the contents of indexed documents or change the descriptions of these documents displayed in search results.

NetSprint.pl does not bear any responsibility for the content published on websites presented by the search engine or for the contents of links to websites and basic information concerning these websites, such as titles, addresses, descriptions, and keywords displayed in search results.
NetSprint.pl has the right to introduce changes in the method of presenting search results at any time.

Using the Search Engine

The Search Engine can be used solely for non-commercial purposes. In order to use the Search Engine for commercial purposes, it is necessary to enter into an agreement with NetSprint.pl.

In particular, it is prohibited to use the Search Engine to:

• sell products and services, and increase website traffic;
  
• automatically enter queries in the Search Engine;
  
• use, process and present the search results from the Search Engine in an altered form without prior consent of NetSprint.pl.
  

It is entirely legal to use the free (amateur) version of the Search Engine available at: http://www.netsprint.pl/serwis/natwojej.

Adding and removing web pages

NetSprint.pl regularly updates the Search Engine resources. Indexing websites is performed in a twofold way: 

• links to web pages are added, deleted and automatically updated by the Search Engine software used to search the Internet,
  
• web pages are added by Internet users, for instance, by means of the form available at: http://www.netsprint.pl/serwis/addurl.

After submitting the form, your web page is not automatically added to the NetSprint database. NetSprint.pl cannot fully guarantee that web pages added by means of the above-mentioned form will be indexed by the Search Engine software. 

NetSprint.pl reserves the right to remove any pages, websites or domains whatsoever without giving reasons for it. In particular, the following websites will be removed: 

• including content violating the Polish law,
  
• using aggressive positioning techniques, that is spam (see what we regard as spam),
• constituting copies of other websites, already included in the Search Engine database,
• automatically redirecting users to other websites,
• containing information noise, in particular, only links to other websites.  

If a third party requests us to remove web pages/websites, NetSprint.pl removes the website after receiving a permission from the site’s administrator. If no such permission is granted, each case is examined individually by NetSprint.pl.

Final provisions

These Rules and Regulations come into force after being published on the website. NetSprint.pl has the right to alter these Rules and Regulations at any time. The changes come into force after being published on the NetSprint.pl website.
